Posters will be divided in two days (Thursday 6 and Friday 7).<\/p>\n

The organising secretariat has sent you a CODE. This code will indicate the poster panel where you can hang your poster and for which date. (i.e. T1 = panel 1 for Thursday November 6 \u2013 F1 = panel 1 for Friday November 7).<\/p>\n

The Poster Area will be properly indicated by sign boards.<\/p>\n

TECHNICAL INFORMATION FOR POSTER PRESENTATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Poster numbers are indicated on the top of each panel (01, 02, 03\u2026 44, 45\u2026)<\/p>\n

The poster must be 120 cm high by 90 cm wide at most, vertically oriented.<\/p>\n

Pins for hanging your poster will be provided by the organising secretariat.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

POSTER PRESENTATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Posters must be on display either on Thursday November 6 or on Friday November 7,\u00a0between 9am and 6pm.<\/p>\n

You must remove your poster at the end of the scientific sessions.<\/p>\n

We do not take any responsibility for posters left on display afterwards.<\/p>\n

Posters left on display after the agreed time, will NOT be stored.<\/p>\n

POSTER AWARD<\/strong><\/p>\n

During the morning of Saturday 8th November, the Poster Award will be announced.<\/p>\n

We recommend that all those who have a selected poster will participate in this important moment.<\/p>\n

In order to encourage discussions about posters, the poster Presenters must be at the assigned poster panel during all breaks.<\/p>\n

    Confirmation of receipt of the abstract will be acknowledged by e-mail immediately after submission.<\/p>\n

    Abstracts submitted before May 31 will receive notification of acceptance before end of the Early Bird registration deadline.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    For Abstract submitted between May 1st and August 5th, notifications of acceptance or rejection will be done before August 15th.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Authors of abstracts that are selected for 10 minutes oral presentation will be notified before October 1st.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    GENERAL REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The text should be clear, concise, and written in proper English. The content must contain relevant and new information. Significant technical information must not be withheld. Abstracts should contain results.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    STRUCTURE OF THE ABSTRACT<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Abstracts should be structured and should include:<\/p>\n

    • AUTHORS\u2019 NAMES AND AFFILIATION<\/li>\n
    • TITLE<\/li>\n
    • BACKGROUND\/AIMS<\/li>\n
    • METHODS<\/li>\n
    • RESULTS<\/li>\n
    • CONCLUSIONS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Abstracts are limited to 2500 characters, spaces included (title, authors\u2019 names and affiliations\u00a0excluded).<\/p>\n

      HOW TO PREPARE AND SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT<\/strong><\/p>\n

      It is important to carefully follow the instructions below. Incorrectly prepared abstracts will be\u00a0rejected.<\/p>\n

      \u00b7 Abstracts should be prepared off-line in advance;<\/p>\n

      \u00b7 Prepare your abstract on a word processor (such as Microsoft Word);<\/p>\n

      \u00b7 Do not include title, authors\u2019 names and affiliations in the abstract file;<\/p>\n

      \u00b7 Do not include tables or figures;<\/p>\n

      \u00b7 When abbreviations are used, spell out the full word at first mention in the text followed by the abbreviation in parentheses. Thereafter, use the abbreviation throughout.<\/p>\n

      When the on-line system requires the abstract to be entered, copy and paste your text. Abstracts are limited to 2500 characters, spaces included (title, authors\u2019 names and affiliations excluded). The system will automatically notify you if the abstract exceeds this number of characters. Title, author(s) and affiliation(s) must be added separately at the appropriate step.[\/vc_column_text]
